Back by popular demand, "Members' Appreciation Night" is an exclusive event dedicated to celebrating and recognising the invaluable contributions of members. This special evening is an opportunity to express our gratitude for their ongoing support and engagement.

SCMA Great Debate (as part of SC Week 2024)
SCMA will be organising a debate for SC Week 2024. Will maritime disputes of the future be most efficiently resolved through contractually agreed ADR mechanisms such as arbitration or mediation? Or should ADR mechanisms be dynamically determined only after a dispute has arisen, taking into account the nature and circumstances of the dispute?
Join us for SCMA Great Debate 2024 for an exciting time as debaters spar over the concept of an Integrated Dispute Resolution (IDR) mechanism.
As in-person registrations are full, individuals can only register to attend online.
